(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant submitted that by the order of the Division Bench dated 30.01.2019 in Review Petition No.98 of 2016, the appeals arising out of the proceedings under Section 20 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001, were directed to be converted as Civil Revision Petitions and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

2. In view of the same, Registry is directed to convert this appeal also into Civil Revision Petition and post the same before the concerned learned Judge.
