This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition 6(c) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30623 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since, the respondent police threatening the petitioner, he prayed to modify the condition as the petitioner may be directed to report before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.XVI, George Town, Chennai.
3. In view of the above submission, the condition 6(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30623 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022, is modified as follows and the other conditions shall remain unaltered.

ham "(c) the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.XVI, George Town, Chennai on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation."
4. Also the time to execute the sureties and to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of Crime No.50 of 2022 before the concerned Magistrate is extended by two weeks.
