Learned counsel appearing for the respondents represented that the original of the certificates which were directed to be returned by this court in W.P.No.15458 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023 have been returned to the contempt petitioner on 18.01.2024. He has produced a letter dated 24.01.2024 as well as the proof of delivery of the certificates by the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this case. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
