This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.1264 of 2013 pending on the file of the 1st respondent .

The case of the prosecution is that the 2nd respondent herein had sanctioned the credit facilities in favour of accused 1 to 3 for 60 crores on 17.04.2021 for the purpose of manufacture and sale of gold ornaments /antique jewelery to reputed clients such as MMTC and other player. The credit facilities were overdue for renewal since 16.04.2013. The petitioner herein is the guarantor for the said transaction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent, after investigation, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.1264 of 2013 under Section 420 of IPC. Challenging the said FIR, the petitioner herein/4th accused filed this Criminal Original petition seeking to quash the same. 3.

The learned counsel for Government (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has already been transferred to CBI, Bangalore and investigation is going on. 4.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this Criminal Original petition and accordingly, this Criminal original petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
