ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to initiate necessary contempt proceedings against the respondent for disobedience of the order made in Crl. O.P. No.17530 of 2023 dated 04.08.2023 of this Court at the said orders are continuous in notice and punish the respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the police protection was given and the fencing of the property was also done on 21.02.2024. The relevant materials along with photographs were also placed before this Court.
