This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and quash the same in C.C.No.47 of 2011 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in respect of the co-accused viz., A1, the criminal original petition was allowed by this court by the order dated 17.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P.No.13369 of 2012, wherein, the C.C.No.47 of 2011 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal was quashed, hence, the same applies to this case also. The said order copy was also produced by the counsel for the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
