Heard Mr. R.Krishnaswamy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.Vinoth Raj, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 05.04.2023 in W.P. No. 10474 of 2023 passed by the Court.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents has produced copy of the Proceedings No. 53/E3/PaThu1/ThaAaPoka(Ko)/2024 dated 14.03.2023 issued by the Second Respondent showing that the order dated 05.04.2023 in W.P. No. 10474 of 2023 passed by the Court has been complied and its copy is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any 2/4

grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
