At the instance of the counsel for the petitioner, this matter is listed today.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the orders of this Court in W.P.No.37004 of 2016 dated 08.08.2023, directing the contemnor herein to include the name of the petitioner herein and her son Sanam Varada Ananda Kumar Reddy who are the wife and biological son of contemnor herein, in the service register, the name of the petitioner's son was not entered in full as 'Sanam Varada Ananda Kumar Reddy'.

3. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the full name of the petitioner's son is included in the service register. He had also produced before the Court the proceedings of the Deputy Commandant, CISF, Unit NRSC, Balanagar, Hyderabad, dated 04.10.2025, wherein it certifies that the contemnor has submitted his fresh Family Declaration Form-03, including the name of S.Varada Ananda Kumar Reddy, as his biological son and the same has been pasted in the service register of 1/3

the contemnor.

4. At this juncture, the counsel for the petitioner submits that though the above proceedings indicates the name of the petitioner's son as S.Varada Ananda Kumar Reddy, however his full name viz., Sanam Varada Ananda Kumar Reddy, was not entered in the service register.

5. In reply, the counsel for the respondents submits that necessary steps would be taken to enter the full name of the petitioner's son as 'Sanam Varada Ananda Kumar Reddy', in the service register of the contemnor. The said statement is recorded.

6. Recording the above submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents, the correction / inclusion sought by the petitioner in the service register of the contemnor would stand corrected.
