When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel would submit that in view of the undertaking given before this Court by the learned counsel for the applicant that he will not disturb anybody who is in possession and the above submission of the learned counsel is recorded in the proceedings before this Court in O.A.No.621 of 2020 on 21.12.2020, the application in A.No.2021 of 2021, need not be adjudicated any further and requested this Court to close the said application.

2. In view of the above submission, the application in A.No.2021 of 2021, stands closed.

3. The interim injunction already granted by this Court in O.A.No.621 of 2020 on 02.12.2020, is made absolute.
