It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the vehicle has already been seized and the same has also been handed over to the applicant. The said statement is recorded.

2. The Advocate Commissioner was initially paid a sum of Rs.25,000/-. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, as seen from the report filed by the Advocate Commissioner, the vehicle has been seized from Kerala and handed over the custody of the same to the applicant. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.15,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.In view of the above, this application is disposed of by recording the fact that the Advocate Commissioner has repossessed the vehicle and handed over the custody of the same to the applicant. 17.10.2024 rkm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
