PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents to executing the NBW's against the three accused for the progress of the case in P.R.C.No.3 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chidambaram within a time frame.

O R D E R

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to execute the Non-bailable warrant issued against three accused persons for the progress of the case in P.R.C.No.3 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chidambaram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have executed the non-bailable warrants issued against the accused persons and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
