DHARANIPATHY [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation of the Fair and Decreetal order in RCA No.273 of 2011 dated 06.02.2018 on the file of VII Court of Small Causes at Chennai by allowing the appeal reversing the Order and Decreetal order dated 30.08.2010 made in RCOP No.1958 of 2006 on the file of XV Judge, Court of Small Causes at Chennai (in CMP.No.7015/18) pending disposal of the CRP.

1201/18 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RAJA KALIFULLAH Senior Counsel for M/S.K.SELLATHURAI Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.P.ASHOK (Caveator) Advocate on behalf of the respondent the court made the following order:- According to the revision petitioners, the Rent Control Authority has dismissed the RCOP.No.1958 of 2006. Against the said order, an appeal has been preferred by the respondent and the same was allowed. Hence, the revision petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.

2. The issues involved in the present Civil Revision Petition has to be decided at the time of hearing.
