Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to furnish the surety before the Learned Additional Mahalir Metropolitan Magistrate Egmore in Crl.O.P.No.12711 of 2020 order dated 19.08.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.SOUNDARRAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to furnish the surety before the learned Additional Mahalir Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in Crl.O.P.No.12711 of 2020 order dated 19.08.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the bail bond as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
