This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.350 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the case in C.C.No.350 of 2012 itself has been disposed on merit on 03.10.2018 and has produced copy of the order, and hence nothing survives in this petition.
