Respondent Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14-A of S.C.S.T.Act (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act 2015 r/w 374(3) of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside order passed in bail petition in Crl.M.P.No.3684 of 2017 dated 03.01.2018 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam and enlarge the appellants on bail in Crime No.491 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the endorsement made, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the appellant to move before the Court below for appropriate relief.
