ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. However, he seeks liberty for the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the competent authority as per the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Payment of Subsistence Allowance Act 1981 and its rules and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner as prayed for. Consequently, connected W.M.Ps. stand closed. No costs.
