The petition is filed to condone the delay of 135 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if otherwise in order.

The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr. P.K.Panneer Selvam, at the time of admission.
