This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10189 of 2023, dated 18.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once (i.e.) on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
