3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The petitioner is permitted to raise additional grounds in W.P.No.3041 of 2005.
