ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to alter the section 174 Cr.P.C into one for the offence under Section 302 IPC and investigate the case registered as FIR in Crime No.103/2017 in accordance with law within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in Crime No.103 of 2017, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was altered into one under Section 306 IPC and the alteration report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri.

3. In view of the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
