Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 23 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27691 of 2024 on 05.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 21-01-2025 Lpp To
