This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to pay the legitimate dues to the petitioner as per advance stamp receipt with 18% of interest in pursuance to the work order dated 25.02.2016 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition as the matter is settled and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
