Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed report before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 22951 of 2021 order dated 02.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.THENRAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 22951 of 2021, dated 02.12.2021.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.
