This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.3781 of 2014 dated 17.11.2014 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat Court on 29.01.2018. 3.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this Criminal Original petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
