This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass or threaten the petitioners
2. It is brought to the notice of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that so far no case has been registered as against the petitioner and therefore, the question of harassment does not arise. The allegations levelled in the affidavit filed in support of the petition are relating to a chit transaction. However, there is no record to show that any case is pending against the petitioner.
