This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family, to secure the arrest of Chandrujui and pass further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that there is a case registered against the petitioner's first son. Therefore, no blanket order directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members can be granted. The respondent police is at liberty to investigate the matter and conduct the enquiry following the due process of law.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
