West End Colony, Mogappair, Chennai - 600050 ..Respondent/ Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant interim custody of my minor son, Naveen, from saturday morning 10 AM to Sunday evening 6 PM every 2nd weekend and pass such other reliefs as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice pending disposal of the O.P.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing and the Court made the following order:- As per the ordered dated 11.03.2019, the minor Naveen along with his mother is present in Court today. The minor's father is also present. I interacted with the minor who is 16 years of age. The minor has very clearly stated that he has no intention of being with the father. He has also expressed that he would not like the father to

visit him even occasionally. Even in 2015, when the minor had interacted with Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.K.Sasidharan, he has expressed the same feelings. I don't see any change in the mind set of the minor boy even today. Hence, I don't want ignore the views the minor, who is 16 years of age and force him to either visit his father or allow the father to visit him occasionally. Hence, Application No.1264 of 2015 is dismissed.

2. The counter has been filed in the main Original Petition. Registry is directed to post the matter before the Learned Additional Magistrate-I for recording evidence on 03.06.2019.
