Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal at Coimbatore dated 3.10.2023 in S.A.No.452 of 2020 and quash the same.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would only insist to the extent of the cost imposed in the impugned order.

3. The impugned order is passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The order is an appealable order. The petitioners may avail the remedy of appeal. In that event, all the contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

4. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. W.M.P.No.213 of 2024, filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed and disposed of, as they have paid separate sets of court fee.
