O R D E R

Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in respect of Crime No.109 of 2013 on the file of the third respondent to some other District Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report dated 27.03.2019 is referred as "Action dropped".

3.On completion of the investigation, the respondent has closed the case as "Action dropped" and final report dated 27.03.2019 has been produced. RCS notice had been served to the petitioner on 05.04.2019 and the copy of the same has been produced. The final report is to be filed before the concerned Court.

4.In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to raise his objections and protest before the concerned Court and seek his remedy if he so desires as per law.
