Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to grant leave for 30 days to the detenu Rajan @ Ithali Rajan @ Sowdarajan, aged about years S/o.Arumainayakam, convict prisoner No.5201, detained at Central Prison, Puzhal-I.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to grant 30 days leave to the petitioner/detenu, convict prisoner No.5201, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal-I.

2. This Court vide order dated 31.01.2019 has granted leave to the detenu for a period of two weeks commencing from 07.02.2019 to 21.02.2019 and accordingly, with escort he was enlarged on parole. The Superintendent of Police/second respondent vide communication dated 21.02.2019 bearing letter No.5201/Tha.Ku.2/2019 has informed the Registrar of this Court that the detenu after completing the parole has returned back to the prison and was admitted in the prison at 4.25 p.m. on 21.02.2019. The said communication is taken on file and recorded. In the light of the same, no further orders are necessary as of now.

The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
