O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to pay the difference in payment of salary based on the revised basic salary, grade pay in view of the 12(3) settlement and arrears of pension based on revised dearness allowance in view of the Government Orders by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the entire materials available on record.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the present petition, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2020 as per the Government Orders and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
