Mr.S.Sriram, counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.991 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tiruppur, whose order is sought to be revised in this Civil Revision Petition, was disposed of exparte on 24.03.2023.

2. Since the suit itself is not pending, the order impugned cannot be revised. I make it clear that in case the exparte decree dated 24.03.2023 is set aside, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application to restore this revision. Recording the disposal of the suit, this C.R.P. is dismissed. No costs.
