The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is no more and the other petitioners after full fledged trial in S.C.No.79 of 2013, The Principal District Court, Krishnagiri acquitted all of them from the above case by judgment dated 02.02.2015. Further he produced a copy of the case status before this Court, hence nothing survives for adjudication.
