C.M.P.No.165 of 2012 in S.A.No.865 of 2002 and C.M.P.No.166 of 2012 in S.A.No.866 of 2002 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., CMP.No.165 of 2012 has been filed to bring on record respondents 4 to 6 herein, who are the legal representatives of the deceased third respondent in the second appeal No.865 of 2002 as respondents 4 to 6. CMP No.166 of 2012 has been filed to bring on record respondents 5 to 7 herein, who are the legal representatives of the deceased third respondent in the Second Appeal No.866 of 2002 as respondents 5 to 7.

2.Heard both sides. The factum of the death of the third respondentSaravanan in S.A.No.865 of 2002 as their legal representatives are not in dispute.

3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, in the interest of justice, all these applications are allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title within a period of two weeks.
