PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned revised provisional selection list issued by the 3rd respondent in No.Nil dated 28.12.2020 and to quash the same in so far as deletion of names of the petitioners from the revised provisional selection list issued by the 3rd respondent dated 28.12.2020 is concerned and consequently directing the respondents to restore the selection of the petitioners by granting appointment to the post of Computer Instructor Grade-I (Post Graduate cadre) in accordance with right of placement/posting as per the ranking in the selection, with all consequential and other attendant benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
