ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the sixth respondent to pass orders, pursuant to the enquiry conducted on 19.08.2021.

2. The petitioner applied sub-division in respect of the property comprised in S.F.Nos.44, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49, situated at Pottaiandipurambu Village, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District before the sixth respondent. On receipt of the same, the sixth respondent conducted enquiry on 09.08.2021 and no order has been passed till today.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the sixth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 7 and 8 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
