The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 73 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the order dated 14.07.2022 made in CC.No.428 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Court-I, Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
