Crl.M.P.No.323 of 2024 in Crl.RC.SR.No.83 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI, J, This petition is filed to condone the delay of 68 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent has no objection to this petition being allowed.

3. Though notice was issued to the 3rd respondent, the same was returned with an endorsement "deceased". Though notice was issued in respect of the second respondent and respondents 4 to 6, when the matter is taken up none appeared on behalf of the respondents 2 & 4 to 6.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
