ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an order has been passed by the respondents subsequent to the order which is the subject matter of this contempt petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court for the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to the petitioner under law. After recording the said submissions, this contempt petition is closed. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 24.07.2023 passed by the respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
