Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2024 and thereby direct the respondents to issue patta in respect of the property situated at Anumathapuram Village, Irudhukottai Post, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District comprised in S.No. 406/1 to an extent of 3 acres in the name of the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the 4th respondents to consider the 2/6

petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2024 and thereby direct the respondents to issue patta in respect of the property situated at Anumathapuram Village, Irudhukottai Post, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District comprised in S.No. 406/1 to an extent of 3 acres in the name of the petitioner."

2. The petitioner would submit that he has inherited the subject property from his father after his demise. The petitioner has been in continuous possession of the property. The petitioner would submit that he has given a representation dated 21.10.2024 to the respondents to issue patta in his favour. However, there is no response from the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on the either side and perused the records.

4. Considering the limited request, a mandamus is issued to the 3/6

4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
