[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] The legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent, namely Annamalai, in A.S.No.437 of 1999, have filed these petitions to bring them on record as respondents in the above appeal. 2.It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions that the 1st and 2nd respondent are brothers and the 2nd respondent died unmarried leaving behind the 1st respondent and 3rd respondent as legal heirs. The 1st respondent predeceased the 2nd respondent. 3.This Court finds that the petitioners 3 to 8 herein are already on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in A.S.No.437 of 1999, by an order of this Court dated 11.10.2011 made in C.M.P.No.236 of 2010 filed by the appellant.
