Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus petition directing the respondents herein to produce the body of the detenue by name Dhivya aged about 25 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Dhivya, aged about 26 years, to secure his wife and to set her at liberty.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

The alleged detenue Dhivya, aged about 25 years, is present before this Court along with her husband, namely, the petitioner. 4.

When we enquired, the alleged detenue Dhivya submits that she married the petitioner on 22.08.2014 and they are living happily. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent would submit that their marriage was now approved by the 2nd respondent, namely, the father of the detenue Dhivya. 6.
