This Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the order of the Permanent Lok Adalat, Coimbatore dated 15.12.2021 in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in P.L.A.No.51/ 2022.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
