JUDGMENT

This Appeal was originally filed as A.S.No.135 of 1982 on the file of the District Court, Periyar District, Erode and subsequently transferred to this Court vide order of this court dated 10.01.1985 in Tr.CMP No.1084 of 1983 and renumbered as A.S.No.1136 of 2001.

2. This matter was listed on 04.09.2019 and on that day, there was no representation for the appellant, despite the matter being called twice. On the appellant being called and remaining absent, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 05.09.2019 under the caption "for dismissal".
