Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th and 6th respondents, who are holding the post of 3rd and 4th respondents herein to prepare the 'M' Book and bills in respect of carrying out the work of drilling a pilot bore well at Pennalur, Pennalur Village, Sriperumbudur Union as per the Work Order Letter No.P.Source creation/JDO/RWS/ KPM/2019, dated 09.08.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent and submit the same to the 2nd respondent herein in terms of representation dated 24.02.2020 and notice dated 09.09.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 5th and 6th respondents, who are holding the post of 3rd and 4th respondents herein, to prepare the 'M' Book and bills in respect of carrying out the work of drilling a pilot bore well at Pennalur, Pennalur Village, Sriperumbudur Union as per the Work Order Letter No.P.Source creation/JDO/RWS/KPM/2019, dated 09.08.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent and submit the same to the 2nd respondent herein in terms of representation dated 24.02.2020 and notice dated 09-09-2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
