Review Application Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 21.09.2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the above W.P.No.7406 of 2017 against the undated order No.4439/DC(R)/LR/2016 by the second respondent, and further directing the second Respondent to reconsider the representation dated 30.09.2009 along with the rejoinder dated 24.11.2004 and 19.01.2015 in the exercise of power conferred under Sec.22(2)(a) of the Pondicherry Land Reforms(Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1973 on the following(REV.APLW.No.30/2022) (2)Review Application Petition against the order dated 21.09.2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the above W.P.No.7407 of 2017 against the undated order No.4439/DC(R)/LR/2016 by the second respondent, and further directing the second Respondent to reconsider the representation dated 30.

(4) To Stay the order dated 21.09.2021 passed by this Hon'ble High Court in WP No. 7406 of 2017 by way of a common order and as consequence stay all further proceedings in proclamation order dated 26.02.2009 vide it No.3017/SC(R)N/ LR /2009 issued by the 2nd Respondent with regard to the Petitioners land, during pendency of the present Review Petition.(WMP.No.6172/2022) Order : These Review petitions and miscellaneous petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SRINATH SRIDEVAN, Advocate for M/S.UDHAYAKUMAR R., Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Issue Notice to the respondents returnable by 07.04.2022. Private Notice is also permitted.
