Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the order dated 04.11.2023 in clause 5(a) and to extend the time for execution of bail bond with sureties in Crl.M.P.No.4276 of 2023 passed by the learned Court of Sessions division of Vellore District, Vellore. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.
