This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the Crime No.1710 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.1710/2016, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur on 04.04.2017 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.102 of 2017.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
