ORDER

Ms.AL.Ganthimathi, learned counsel for writ petitioner, Ms.Amirta Dinakaran, learned Revenue counsel for Respondents 1 and 2 (official respondents) and Mr.A.Saran Raj, learned counsel for third respondent (private respondent) are before this Virtual Court.

2. All three learned counsel submit in one voice that the captioned writ petition has worked itself out as the prayer in the captioned writ petition is for a simple mandamus qua a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 20.11.2020 and the representation has since been disposed of by the second respondent in and by order dated 17.08.2021 bearing reference 610/2019/A2. Therefore, nothing really survives in the captioned writ petition is the common say of all the three learned counsel.

Recording the common stated position of all the three learned counsel, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed making it clear (though obvious) that no opinion or view has been expressed in this order and all questions pertaining to the representation and disposal of the same are left open to be adjudicated in other pending proceedings.

Captioned writ petition disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
