Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus order or direction in the nature of a Writ,

1. WP No.279 of 2021 Directing the respondents to regularize the petitioners service as weighman, (Packer) / (Assistant Salesman) in the 3rd respondent society by giving retrospective effect from the date of appointment.

2. WP No.282 of 2021 Directing the respondents to regularize the petitioners service as Salesman in the 3rd respondent society by giving retrospective effect from the date of appointment and pass.

3. WP No.286 of 2021 Directing the respondents to regularize the petitioners service as Secretary in the 3rd respondent society by giving retrospective effect from the date of appointment and pass.

4. WP No.287 of 2021 Directing the respondents to regularize the petitioners service as Assistant Secretary in the 3rd respondent society by giving retrospective effect from the date of appointment and pass. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.PRAKASAM Advocate Advocate for the petitioner in each the petitions and of MR.L.P.SHANMUGA SUNDARAM Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- It is represented by Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmuga sundaram, learned counsel appearing for the respondents that a batch of writ petitions similar to this case is pending before the Hon'ble Justice N.Anand venkatesh and the same are specially ordered cases to be heard along with.

2. Hence, Registry is directed to post this writ petition along with the batch. If there is any standing orders, the matter will be listed before the learned Judge, failing which appropriate orders may be obtained from the Hon'ble Chief Justice for posting of this case before the Hon'ble Justice N.Anand venkatesh.

3. In the meantime, the petitioner is permitted to serve notice on the respondents.

4. It is made clear that Private Notice shall be despatched within three postal working days excluding today either through Speed Post or Registered Post and at the first instance, it is absolutely necessary to file the postal receipt into the Registry to show the despatch of private notice, within two working days from the date of despatch, without waiting for the fate of delivery. On the other hand, the receipt of acknowledgement card / returned cover is the second course of action for the purpose of filing a proof of service

so as to hear the matter, after the service is complete and it has got nothing to do with the proof of despatch of private notice at the initial stage. Failure to comply with the above will result in automatic cancellation of the interim order now granted, without further reference to this Court.
